Consolidated Rail Corporation ("Conrail") Litigation

We have filed class action lawsuits on behalf of Paulsboro residents against numerous parties including, but not limited to, Consolidated Rail Corporation, Norfolk Southern Railway Company, and CSX Transpiration for their negligence in causing or allowing the train derailment to occur. The lawsuits seek to recover the money Paulsboro residents are entitled to receive.  
 
In addition, we are representing numerous Paulsboro residents individually for personal injuries that they have suffered or may suffer in the future from breathing the hazardous chemical that was released.
